Both are jading political satires about life in Japan, cleverly disguised as screwball comedies. Both can be enjoyed without any knowledge of Japanese life and society, but it's even more hilarious if you can enjoy it on that level as well. Worth checking out if political satire is your thing.

Both series have vulgar humor that is not too over the edge. And they also have similar artwork styles, except with P&S remiding me of the power puff girls. The main characters are also a bit similar with their attitude towards situations. Both are great watches.

Anime that deals with music in a comedic way,a hilarious parody, which will make you laugh or cry tears of joy.

Crazy characters in inexplicable situations, and both have satisfactory endings on their seasons. Similar in animation/illustration style and in the use of cultural references of Japan and anime. They often break the fourth wall during the most random moments. Another awesomely written and dubbed show from FUNimation.

Both are comedies that can get strange sometimes. Both also are aimed at an older audience since both contain dirty jokes that aren't hidden very well.

Do you like your enemies weird and your heroes weirder? Do you like crazy animation that has to be crazy to match the rest of the show? Do you enjoy fanservice with a humorous edge -- or making humor out of fanservice? Yep, these shows are for you!

Comedic style w/ simple artwork. Alot of comic/manga style screen segments.... Both have alot of music and sing alongs... they both even have a little sidekick mascot (gema/panda). And their "ultimate goals" are vaguely similar in which they both want to make alot of ppl happy.
