Angels, slapstick humor and maybe even, fanservice - the three things that might come to mind when talking about Gabriel DropOut - which casually are the three things also that Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan is about. This recommendation is primarly for those that enjoyed Gabriel DropOut's sense of humor and wouldn't mind seeign the CGDGT aspect of the show sacrificed in favor of more of it. As in Dokuro-chan there's no aggrupation of cute girls to follow in favor of a classic harem setting. As such, the jokes derived from the interction between the aforementioned group get completely replaced with even more slapstic and echiness - and  read more

Ecchi, fan-service and violence fest everywhere - granted: Aho Girl might lack the more harrowing gore elements who make Dokuro-chan so prominent, but both revolve around a male MC surrounded by eccentric characters of the oposite genders and where most (if not all) of the action happens due to an unrequited romance between the male and female MCs and the moves they try to pull on one another. In some sort of way, Aho Girl is a complete inversion of what we see in Dokuro-chan and the interaction between its characters: while in Dokuro-chan the male MC is the only normal and rational person around, being  read more

Two very similar brainrot (or better said; memey, if we wish to be more accurate) series from two very different eras of anime history the both of them. Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan might be for the 2000s what Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan was for the 2020s; funny, nonsensical comedies with a high degree of physical humor on them and who, on a lesser degree, also feature pop-culture references relevant they derive some of their gags from. Elements that have allowed them both to accquire a quasi-legendary status within their own comunities, to some extent. Dokuro-chan features a heavy amount of sexual themes, gore and violence, tho - elements  read more

I feel its a little more similar to the second OVA since the set-up comes basically outta nowhere for the MC, but both shows have them equally murdered on an episodic basis without a care in the world from the perpetrators; all in the name of love.

- Angels - Random Humor - Ecchi Humor Both have angels in them that have a person they should watch over although where Sora no Otoshimono has a better story development in general, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan tops that with the random slaughter and great ecchi humor! But either of both are great!

Both titles feature over the top fan service and comedy, if a weak storyline doesn't bother you. Then these two titles will keep you entertained all the way.
