Prison School

Located on the outskirts of Tokyo, Hachimitsu Private Academy is a prestigious all-girls boarding school, famous for its high-quality education and disciplined students. However, this is all about to change due to the revision of the school's most iconic policy, as boys are now able to enroll as well.

At the start of the first semester under this new decree, a mere five boys have been accepted, effectively splitting the student body into a ratio of two hundred girls to one boy. Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Shingo, Andre, and Jo are quickly cast away without having a chance to make any kind of a first impression. Unable to communicate with their fellow female students, the eager boys set their sights on a far more dangerous task: peeping into the girls' bath!

It is only after their plan is thoroughly decimated by the infamous Underground Student Council that the motley crew find their freedom abruptly taken from them, as they are thrown into the school's prison with the sentence of an entire month as punishment. Thus begins the tale of the boys' harsh lives in Prison School, a righteous struggle that will ultimately test the bonds of friendship and perverted brotherhood.

This was an anime I heard on and off years ago, didn't expect much of it, I honestly expected some alternate reality psychological torture thriller kind of deal...now that I think about it, Kakegurui is exactly the type of thing I expected.
But what I got instead was a very delightful surprise. Prison School is a fucking PEAK, it's absolutely amazing from start to finish.

I haven't laughed this hard at a sex comedy in ages, it does both sex ... and comedy so goddamn well but then it gives you a very engaging plot with real stakes and characters with bonds you really come to love and care about.

There is nothing quite like this and it does not fucking hold back on how far it can go and play with not only lewd shots but also blood, piss and even shit.

It's hard to describe this series but it just keeps getting more and more ridicilous in an amazingly delightful way I absolutely love.
It does what anime and manga do best, take an insane concept and plot points and play them completely straight and immerse you in with their awesomeness

Mixed Feelings

Prison school is a hard anime to judge , considering that its jokes constantly teeter on the fence between parody and genuine fanservice/pervy-ness ; blurring that line just enough to get away with more than its probably allowed. Despite this , I think I can pretty confidently say that it has a majority of positive intentions and is one of the few anime which has been able to dredge a consistent stream of laughs out of me.

The comedy itself, whilst of course lending itself heavily towards more crass , inappropriate humour, manages not to lose the intelligence required to actually make a joke funny. I ... feel that a lot of other shows wouldn't run with the lack of R-18-restrictions in the way that Prison school does, where there is more than the shock of nudity or inappropriate images to get a rise out of you. The characters genuinely serve a comedic purpose (however stereotypical it may be) and can be predicted in a way that suggests they have some modicum of personality.

Now, don't get me wrong , this isn't to say Prison school has fantastically-written characters (or even well-written characters). I just believe that it goes a stretch beyond some of the dime-a-dozen ecchi shows which have become so abundant in recent years.

I guess this brings me onto my negatives. The main gripe I can imagine surrounds Prison school is the- admittedly very blatant - objectification of women which literally becomes the crux of the show. I find it hard, as a guy, to really form an opinion about this. On one hand, I can probably argue about satire and parody and 'the meaning of comedy' or some shit .On the other hand, you can't argue with the fact that someone was offended and that is just the way it is. The show doesn't really exist without that inherent sexism , so its definitely a hard issue to talk about. I think that viewing it from a parody angle probably removes that concern but its definitely a matter of viewpoint .

Either way, the show definitely has a host of other issues under this main, overarching complaint. The characters are pretty unlikeable (intentional?), maybe excluding the glasses guy. The problem with this is that it not only plagues the main male-cast, but also pretty much everyone in the show. This kind of affects my motivation as no character makes me want to follow them, and any moment where the jokes get old or something doesn't hit loses *aaaalllll* of the momentum the show had been building to that point, considering that that is basically the only reason I'm here. Luckily, that was rare.

Either way, I can atleast say that my degenerate ass had a good time, so do with that what you will .

Je viens de finir l'anime est j’essaye d’être optimiste en écrivant, C'est quoi cette horreur sérieusement je me demande comment on peux apprécier ça, Un anime de type Ecchi et comedy bon d'accord pourquoi pas si on veut, mais l'histoire est pitoyable même inexistante le synopsis de l'anime pareil et les personnages au secours ( on as pris 5 mecs pervers au pif et 3 meuf " dominante " au hasard et pis voila fin des personnages ), Les personnages sont clairement pas développé que ça soit les garçon comme les filles et a quoi sert le président je cherche aussi.

Les personnage masculin sont horribles ... et sont la uniquement pour se faire frapper et humilié, les personnages féminins sur sexualisé a l'image de la vice-présidente étant donné qu'on voit que elle, et la présidente est clairement insupportable personne diras le contraire, et cette discussion avec le président ceux qui ont vu comprendrons je ne comprends pas non plus, les seules personnage acceptable sont Jo et hanna. Résultat l'anime mérite forcément une mauvaise note. Je dois mettre des point de respect pour ceux qui y'ont travailler c'est tout .

J'ai vu beaucoup d'anime de ce type ( Ecchi ) est pourtant celui ci est le pire de loin, j'ai actuellement jamais vu pire comme anime et j'aimerais bien que ça ne change pas, point positif je pense pas voir pire comme quoi on peux trouver des points positif.
