The Young Animator Training Project (若手アニメーター育成プロジェクト, Wakate Animator Ikusei Project) is an annual project launched in 2010, and funded by the Japanese government's Agency for Cultural Affairs in order to support training animators. The project culminates in a series of anime shorts produced by various animation studios each year.   Canal 22 is a public television signal based at the XEIMT-TDT station in Mexico City. It is administered by the Ministry of Culture and is an important part of both the Network of Educational and Cultural Radio and Television Stations of Mexico, and the network of stations of the Public Broadcasting System of the Mexican State.
