Ao Oni The Animation (Movie)

My favorite shit anime that I've come to semi-unironically love. It's all trash.

No claymation, stop motion, 30 second CG clips, completely abstract visuals, experimental art created by a single person, etc!

Everything here is rated under 4.50 as of Spring 2022.

This is based on my judgment of what makes for good Fall/Halloween anime of what I've watched, which is pretty limited. There are different criteria here, but all of them have at least one of these:
- A good, spooky atmosphere
- Dark or otherwise Halloween-related themes
- Gore

Of course I've made sure to include some of the good AND some of the really bad, because let's be real here. What is an October without some truly trash horror?! Default order is according to MAL's scores because I'm just that sweet

𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦:
I've marked off gore according to MAL's judgment because I can't remember how gory most of these were. I still recommend staying cautious if you're very queasy, but everything marked "no" SHOULD be safe! Contact me if not because I don't want to accidentally traumatize someone :') I think it should be easy to spot the really harmless ones regardless, just in case you want to stay REALLY safe.
