it's hard to wreite a rev8i9ew with one hgand, but i want everyone to know trhat this anime is a masterpiece and everyone who has the same fetisgh as me should watvch it! it offers exactly what the title says. no plot twists, no lies and deceit. It's literally just a fetish anime and it hits all the right things in a span of less than 5 mins. 10/10. Was not disappointed at all! ( ´ ▽ ` )b

Also, the only downside to this anime is that I didn't discover it until 2022 because no one told me about it and no one wanted to ... talk about it, and even if there were people who wanted to talk about it, they were just talking shit about it. It's certainly not fair to compare this to any of the actually "Good" anime out there because after all, it's just a five minute video of a girl looking at you with a disgusted face while showing her panties. Setting your standards to the same level as something like AoT to judge this anime would be like comparing Gold to Diamond. Their units of measurement are a homophone and if you're not experienced enough, you could mix up Carat with Karat. You can't measure Gold in Carats and you can't measure Diamonds in Karats. Do you see where I'm going with this?

As a fetish anime, Iya na Kao sare nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai is a fucking masterpiece but as a plot anime, it is absolutely dogshit. And to further elaborate on this, AoT is certainly a masterpiece in terms of plot but as a "plot" anime, it ain't worth shit(unless if you're into titan titties).

Brief overview: It's about upskirts and underwear

Story 3/10
So the story is about the main protagonist who keeps begging to see that girl's underwear until one day she gives in and just lift her skirt up and lets him see it. Each episode shows a different girl and as much content I want to add this is basically it since the episode is only a couple of minutes long.

Animation 7/10
The animation is fine, there weren't any flaws and bad frames. Everything is well drawn even the underwear.

Character 3/10
Is all about girls expressing disgusting faces when you are begging to see what is underneath their skirts. ... Otherwise is a very typical couple of minute show

TLDR
If you're a man of culture who wants to look at anime girls underwear and upskirt then this show is for you otherwise everything is not really good.

Oh how they massacred the manga.

So after finding out they will make another season of this. I decided to read the manga. And it was absolutely one of the best manga I've read. But what a HORRIBLE adaptation of the manga.

This lacked what made the manga great. The MC is missing, it's pov (manga wasn't), characters are missing, plot is missing, character progression is missing, the charm is missing. The substance is here but the STYLE is MISSING. THIS IS JUST DISAPPOINTING

First off, Issei (MC) is missing. What made the manga great was completely replaced by a stupid POV. The stupidly absurd dialogue of ... Issei about wanting to see the panties of the girls is what made this manga charming. The biggest offender is that they made the POV look like an asshole. Issei believe it or not was a good guy. He was a genius, he had charisma, he was someone people loved and respected. BUT, the anime made it look like he was just a complete pervert who would bow his head and kneel down to see their panties. NO, my GOAT Issei would never do that. Sure he's a pervert, but he wouldn't beg someone for their panties.

THE PLOT. Usually, when Issei asked a girl to see their panties, he would get punched or slapped. He had to learn in order to make the girl like him before ultimately asking to see their panties again. The anime just basically removed that aspect of the plot that built the needed anticipation before Issei sees their panties giving the scene more OOMPH. Issei had to WORK hard to increase his likability with the other characters.

And speaking of the characters, most of the characters here are completely missing. Every episode is comprised of ONE (1) character. JUST ONE, the manga actually had character dynamics that made Issei's antics more fun. The maid from episode 1 actually helped him sees the panties of other girls and even taught him how to approach girls better in order to not get punched. And, most of the girls that eventually shows their panties actually likes him. They would expect Issei to do more than just see panties, but no, Issei is PURELY a guy who wants to see panties. That's all he wants to do. So they would often be dumbfounded that all he really did was look at their panties.

Overall, this is such a wasted potential. And I HOPE that the new anime project actually adapts the manga faithfully.
