both are about a party of 4 cute girls in a fantasy world, rpg inspired with a focus on the slices of life theme and a bit of comedy but overall cute and colorful shows 

Four cute girls go on adventures in a fantasy setting. Lighthearted and colorful atmosphere with a dose of comedy. 

-Both series are about a group of four girls going on adventures in a fantasy world. -Both series have a school /academy. -Both series have a adventure guild. -Both series's groups have a pet that is helping them. -Both MCs don't want to repeat what they did in past/previous life.  

The two, besides being of the same genre, tell a story where a character tries to hide her past, while living with future heroines, being one of the heroines, in the case of Adele von Ascham of Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne! , or as a teacher of the heroines, in the case of Mao of Endro~!

The cast is in a (unbeknownst to them) teacher/student relationship with their 'adversaries.' The setup is similar enough that sometimes some of the same humor comes through, although fans of Milky Holmes might not think Endro has the same off-kilter sense about itself. Fans of one will most likely enjoy the other.  

Both shows have a group of 4 girls who are seemingly incompetent in the eyes of the villains. They have elements of being lighthearted comedy. 

Both series attempt to tackle a manichean and historical opposition in an endearing way. Meanwhile Endro~!'s cast possesses more characters than Machikado Mazoku, and as the latter tends to develop a noticeably deeper bond between the main characters, both series are filled with instants that will make one melt, and a mood only ebbing between laughter and blushing from these cutesy powerhouses. 

Both are comedy slice of life anime about friendship of good and evil, who had forgotten about their old confrontations. Both have events of the past heavily tied up in the plot. 

Both anime series have cute friendship between girls. Also, some of characters from both series have similar characters like similarities between Nadeshiko Juulia Charldetto and Kagamihara, and similartiies between Meiza Endust and Rin Shima. If you like Endro, probably you will be like Yuru Camp Too.  

Both are typical so called "cute girls doinh cute things" anime and both involves girls having fun in their own way. While Endro~! deals with rpg-like adventures, Yuru Camp deals with campings. The stories has light-warming plot and relaxing to watch. 

Both Jahy and Mao got nerfed into a child-like body after a heroine screwed up their life. Both Jahy and Mao had a negative attitude/hostile attitude towards the heroine, but slowly warm up towards the heroine. Both anime has their own differences. - Jahy is the main character while Mao is a supporting character - Mao eventually give up the idea of revenge while Jahy carried on the idea till the very end - Jahy wants things to return to the status quo while Mao wants everything to end. - Jahy lost the majority of her power while Mao kept most of her power.  

Both shows are light-hearted comedies that take place in a fantasy setting that parodies rpg tropes and has a cute, colorful artstyle. Endro is more of a SoL with adventure elements while Guru Guru is a more of a comedy-adventure with a bit of romance.

Both shows are cute and heartwarming, set in a fantasy world and involve friendship and adventure with a dose of humor.
