Just a list of anime I watched because of one particular reason: PRETTY BOYS

All these anime's include very shippable characters who mostly have no other person in the anime you could possibly ship them with. This is a marketing ploy because this makes anime/ships very popular as well as being apart of the lgbtqia+ community is not openly embraced by any Asian media. A lot of these anime's has novels, manga chps, side manga, official art, and drama cds that are very suggestive or downright very gay. They have all have very suggestive scenes in the animes as well including op, ed, end credits that are very fruity.

disclaimer: Includes anime with non-canon couples, non canon lgbt but all animes are gay coded in a way that queer people recognize. Also most have anime with canon lgbtqia+ characters

Idol/Band/Music anime

All the anime in this stack have at least one visual novel adaptation (be it official or unofficial), sequel/prequel, or spin-off. It includes both anime adapted from VNs and adapted into VNs. This stack DOES NOT include unofficial 18+ visual novel adaptations, nor any non-distributed visual novels, nor low-quality parodies or spin-offs.

All of the visual novels mentioned for each anime are implied to have been released only in Japan and be available only in Japanese as of June 2024, unless stated otherwise.

Self-explanatory

Just wanted to put together this list of shojo/josei anime that have received 2 or more seasons. However, I will be leaving out shows that may have run for 20+ episodes, but which technically still only had 1 season as that's better suited for a list about episode counts. Thus, if a shojo anime had a 1 season run that was continuous for 45 episodes, that's still being considered 1 season in this case. I'll probably make a separate list for shows like that at some point.
