Anime about various twins, including fraternal or triplets, quadruplets, etc. In general, any anime where twins are the main characters, love interest, or at least very important side character. In some shows, the characters are step siblings, but the premise or certain events still position them as sort of "twins".

Kakuyomu is Japan's novel publishing website developed by KADOKAWA where anyone can publish and read novels free of charge. These animes are anime of Kakuyomu origin.

Romance anime that are set in the (kinda) real world, adapted from light novels.

This stack is for relatively realistic Slice of Life anime that depicts the daily life of the characters quite realistically and lacks excessive moe or other idealization/objectification of the social groups shown. Of course, taking into account the genre and premise of anime. For example, I defined Hibike as realistic since it's a rather visualy metaphorical anime, but didn't include many other CGDCT shows due to the "girl's zoo" premise.

basically every romance anime that aired in 2024. I’ve only seen a handful of them.

This specific breed of trashy (usually shounen) romance anime where the only/primary appeal is the female lead (and maybe some female side characters). Usually have a nerdy loner male lead for you to self-insert onto. Plenty of wish fulfillment. No harems, though some of these might have love triangles and harem elements.

I'll try and put all the anime I watched from 2024 and place them in order from best to worst. This includes sequels.
