Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji

Orphan Himari Momochi's only link to her late parents is the house they secretly bequeathed her, which she does not learn of until her 16th birthday. Thrilled by the opportunity to know more about her family, Himari arrives at the rumored haunted house and is bewildered to find three young men already living there: Aoi Nanamori, who identifies himself as the guardian of the place, and his two familiars, Yukari and Ise. Although they allow her to stay overnight, they warn her to leave the next day so she can avoid harm from ayakashi—wandering spirits that sometimes attack human beings.

Surprisingly, Himari is unaffected by her spectral encounters and determined to move in to the residence. After she discovers that Aoi had become guardian unwittingly and is now confined to the property, forgotten by the outside world, her resolve only grows stronger. Touched by his story, Himari decides to find a way to free Aoi from his dim fate, and she convinces the three Momochi House protectors to accept her as their landlady. However, the mysterious Kasha who keeps sending hostile ayakashi to Himari's new home seems to have darker plans for Aoi's future.

I rarely write review, but I think this anime deserves higher score. Besides of it's cliché romance plot, it has plot twist and made me curious about what will happen in the next episode.
Aoi isn't your typical tsundere-who-always-yelling-without-reason like other male lead, he's a really sweet boy. You may find his personality feels weird, but it's normal, because he's knowledge is like a 10 years old. That's why he act so sweet like a baby boy.
And also, you may complain about Himari's personality, but don't forget the fact that she's just an ordinary human without power. She won't easily crying, don't worry about her.

I want ... to give it 7.5/10

Mixed Feelings

“The Demon Prince of Momochi House” is a Kamisama Kiss-like that sadly lacks a lot of what made Kamisama Kiss so great, but as far as shojos go, it’s relatively non-offensive.

I think its main issue is that its characters aren’t particularly interesting. They’re relatively simple in their motivations and repetitive in their actions (e.g., Himari has a “I’ll never stop believing in my friends”-type of attitude and completely lacks an inner dialogue—when she doesn’t understand something, she outwardly verbalizes that every time). And in another anime, this might have been fine (it’s not as if these types of characters don’t work ever), but I ... feel like in a world of yokai, it’s more enjoyable when the characters have slightly-more complex personalities and are a bit smarter about what they choose to say (and not say).

That being said, as far as turn-off-your-brain TV goes, this was fine. There were times I enjoyed the romance (and times I didn’t). There were times when I really loved the background music (and times I didn’t notice it so much). There were times when I felt scenes were drawn quite prettily (and lots of times when I thought scenes were not). I can’t bring myself to be a giant hater of this because it’s clear that the creator saw something they liked and inspired them, and then they got a mid anime adaptation. It’s not like most of us wouldn’t do the same if we had the chance.

A train wreck. There are some redeeming elements though. The character design can be pretting interesting at times, and the premise, although somewhat derivative, could lead to a good story. However, that is where anything good ends. The action scenes are occasionally almost semi-decent, but then we follow that up with cg characters and backgrounds. The character detail ranges from average to poor with limbs seeming to be difficult for them. That and figuring out how to make characters look like they weren't copied and pasted into the scene. The characters don't really develope overtime they just spontaneously do so. They really are not ... all that interesting of characters anyway, but there are some attempts at depth here and there. The story jumps around and just happens. No rising action or hint of direction. This happened, and then this, and then this, and then they're in love, and then this, and then the anime is over. Cool. The pacing gives you whiplash, but somehow the anime still manages to be boring. Voice acting is grating, poorly cast, and inauthentic. Soundtrack is decent, as it the ed, but they don't really leave an impression. Op is really out of place, but is okay. Really overall it's a mess. It appears to be a Kamisama Kiss clone at first, but really isn't. If it were it might be a little better. Bad, don't watch unless you want something to occasionally laugh at because it's so terrible it eventually becomes sort of impressive. 4.20/10 Dubbed
