Zenshuu.

Honestly, I wanted to recommend Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, especially since this anime paid homage to it, but it wasn’t one of the recommendation options. However, Re:Creators is another good choice since it’s also a meta isekai show. 

Both animated by Mappa, both are half trashy fantasy setting 

Both MCs are able to use drawings to summon monsters they created to fight on their behalf against monsters trying to destroy their worlds. These MCs use their abilities to change the fate of the worlds they are trying to protect.  

Similarities Both have citizens defending there town from monsters in a “last town left” kind of world Both has a foreign entity come into there town that knows things they don’t know Both seem to have twists and turns you wouldn’t expect Both has the town people and foreign entity join forces using foreign entities knowledge and or skill / power to try to change the town’s future for the better. Both has its own kind of quirkiness and uniqueness. Both seem overall lighthearted but with dark/ serious moments at times. -The heroine wants to prevent the male protagonist of a story from falling into despair. -Both shows tackle the relationship between an original work and its fanfiction. 

The mc of both series use their creative powers as writer/artist to overcome challenges in isekai setting. 

-both mc isekai to another world and joins a party to defeat evil from the world. -their goal is to go back to the original world -both mc has a unique power that allows them to summon any power they want with imagination -lots of very unique abilities from both series -very fun and adventurous  

Both anime are a bit different: Zenshu leans more into isekai, while Takopi’s Original Sin is in real life, however, they do share some similar themes. Both are quite dark, exploring what it means to overcome harsh realities and grow as individuals. The characters are aware of the impending doom that awaits them, so they try their hardest to avoid it. They focus on battling depression and learning to rely on others to survive. The magic in both series is also very creative and rarely repeats. It's fun to see what new tools or spells the characters will use in each episode. 

Zenshuu and Kyousou Giga are very similar due to the following points: - Both are anime set in a world born from creation, with a form of reality that can be influenced or altered. - Both are based on very original concepts. - Both anime are well-paced over 12 episodes and are fully concluded within that span. - Both are very well produced. Kyousou Giga is probably slightly better: it has a better soundtrack, better production quality, and a more original concept — but Zenshuu is honestly not far behind. Both anime have also this taste of " slighty not perfect " at the end. Due to some question unresolved and due to a production great but also not perfect.
