OJA is a bit younger, but they're both about different worlds, and even go so far as to both have Elde as the name of one of the worlds, if you like this theme, you'll like both animes... not as much hotty hot hotty manness in OJA though ;P

Both are heavily rooted in fairy tales. Akazukin has more action, but Tutu is more artful.
