Here’s a review:
IT’S TOO SHORT!!!

Seriously, that’s the first thing that came to my mind after finishing the last episode. The moment the jokes start landing, the moment the fun really kicks in, the second you feel like the story’s about to unravel... boom — it ends. Just like that.

And no, I’m not talking about the ecchi parts (there is one every season, right). I’m talking about the story itself! Sawaranaide, Kotesashi-kun is actually a nice show. It’s short, sure, but it has that easygoing, light humor that makes it super watchable.

The girls are honestly giving it their all, especially in the ... voice acting department. The awkward moments are great without being overdone, and the comedic timing works way better than I expected for a short series like this. The humor’s fast, playful, and sometimes just plain stupid - but in the best way possible.

It’s also kind of refreshing how self-aware the show is. It knows exactly what it is - a fun, slightly naughty, voice-acting-centered comedy - and it doesn’t try to be anything more. That’s part of the charm. Instead of dragging things out or pretending to have a deep plot, it just delivers quick laughs and light fun, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

And this anime really solidified that I, in fact, can’t do a damn thing about it. It’s filled with anime girls getting stripped naked and moaning while the MC casually runs his hands all over their bodies. A complete recipe for "don’t open in public."

Now the recurring theme here is chiropractic therapy performed on sexy girls in the horniest way possible. And just like those YouTube chiropractic vids with female patients, we all know damn well you ain’t watching it for the massage. So I ... won’t even bother digging deep into that whole massage thing.

When it comes to the fanservice, which makes up about 98% of this show, I wouldn’t say it’s the most degenerate thing ever to come out of Japan, but I would say it does its job just fine. It makes your junior twitch, because naked anime girls are hot, especially when they’re moaning non-stop. And you get a lot of that here.

What about the MC? Well, I’ve always said an MC can either elevate or ruin the enjoyment. This one’s a weird mix. He’s a bad MC because he’s not a horny sex beast, but at the same time, he’s a good MC because he actually participates and pushes all the good scenes forward. So he’s both and neither. It’s confusing, but it works somehow.

What about the heroines? We got the tsundere, the NEET, the teasing girl, the kuudere, and the mommy type. You know, the classic lineup, nothing new. But one thing’s for sure, they’re all voluptuous to some extent. Not much variety in body type here. They’re all meaty. Even the flattest one’s got enough meat to fill your hand. So don’t come expecting a gal with cutting board as a breast.

The animation can get a little off-putting at times. Sometimes their eyes are in the wrong place, sometimes their mouths look uncanny, but once the clothes come off, you’re not gonna be focusing on their faces anyway.

So overall, it’s a very enjoyable guilty pleasure. Watch this with your girlfriend to get the mood going.

this is the McDouble cheeseburger of anime. i feel guilty for getting through as much of it as i did, it tided me over until something else came along, but i've had this exact thing hundreds of times without remembering anything specific about it individually
