Shin Calimero

Both of series is "anime-cartoons" for the 90's for smaller kids 

I know that Telescreen produces both of these cartoons in general. In fact, Alfred J. Kwak seems to be a darker political version of Calimero, but in the different country and characters. :) 

Both are older anime for kids. Both are episodic and both are comedies. Both have animals as main characters and both have similar art. Also, both are well known, but most people don´ t know they are anime series.
