Nazarbaiev Khan (ナザルバイエフ・カーン)The Colonel is an old soldier from Azerbaijan, who lost his entire family during the war along with his faith in Islam. He later Joins Nomad and becomes a High Ranking member of it's Special Forces Group known as the Rhizomers.
