Xiong Qing (青雄)Qing Xiong is one of the Three Sages of the Yaojin Palace, alongside Chong Ming and Kong Xuan. Also known as the Golden-winged Great Peng, he appears to roam the world, though he is seen as a protector of Chang'an.
