One of the Player Killers hired by Pegasus J. Crawford. He was defeated by Dark Yugi who then inflicted a Penalty Game on him, causing him to believe he was being hanged.
In the Duel Monsters anime, The Player Killer of Darkness activates the arena's flame ejectors in an attempt to incinerate Dark Yugi. However, Dark Yugi was protected by the power of the Millenium Puzzle and inflicted a Mind Crush on the Player Killer, presumably exorcising the evil within him. (In the English dub, it is implied that either Panik's soul or the evil within his soul is sent to the Shadow Realm.) The Player Killer also appeared as one of the lost souls wandering the Stone Wilderness, when Dark Yugi ventured through to find his partner.
