Receives updates from other employees make sure that everything is running smoothly.
Writes up newsletter and sends to PC.
Confirms events before they are put in place.
Receives complaints and deals with them

Requirements: Must be good at writing and scheduling. Needs quite a bit of free time, and should also be able to deal with complaints in a polite fashion.

Scout (S)
Recruiting users to join the entertainment company.
Invite at least 5 people a week.

Web Masters (WM)
Designs the layout for the club profile.
Update once a month.
Needs to check introduction thread to make sure that all entertainment members are fully listed in their proper lists.

Engineers (E)
In charge of creating threads concerning new card editions, as well as voting and assigning PCs to the VCMs.
Also checks up on VCM and proofreads their work before posting on threads.

Requirements: Needs to be able to write good threads, count votes fairly, and frequently keep in contact with VCM

Visual Concept Managers (VCM)
Designs cards and banners for the club
At least 1 edition a month.

In charge of creating threads concerning collabs, games, or contests.

Requirements: Needs to be able to write good threads, count votes fairly, and be fair during contests

Manages the shipping of cards and newsletters.

Requirements: Ability to spend time sending messages out to other users
