DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ranze(briefly)gains the power to manipulate others, but after abusing it begins to feel remorseful. Thankfully her dad was there to console her. I do love their relationship. :) |
| I hope that this was some sort of filler episode or something and not a sign for things to come because this was really bad compared to the other episodes. The animation quality went down a notch and it didn't really feel like part of the same series. |

| Wow Ranze had Geass before Lelouch. Jokes aside this was an interesting episode. Too bad it mostly felt like filler. When I read the MAL synopsis I thought Tokimeki Tonight was about a monster couple figuring out what's wrong with their daughter who seems to be a normal "human". Turns out the series is more like her going through puberty and becoming a "proper" demon. I do like it for what it is. btw WTF was that car scene right before the halfway mark? This reminds me, in the first 2 or 3 episodes whenever some batshit crazy thing happened there were 3 clamps that opened and said something like "Woah what was that?!" in an annoying voice which also ruined the joke. Glad that shit's gone and I don't want to remember it again. Speaking of the eyecatch, I don't like it anymore. I always thought it was weird and Ranze didn’t look like how she normally looks in the anime (tbh even in the ED she looks different). But the new jingle is so out of place now with the old eyecatch. |
