Hope you are enjoying your holidays. Cheers to you and hope you have a great one. We all need this time of the year to relax and feel like ourselves. :) Now before we get started, I have three recs for you! Hopefully they live up to your expectations!
One thing I noticed from your sign-up post was, you like a lot of mahou shoujo shows. Which, this is also something I can gladly offer! Akazukin ChaCha is a show I really think you will enjoy. It is pre-2007 with a kids cast. Every episode has henshin scenes with the main character, ChaCha, transforming into an adult magical girl. I think it is quite similar to Ojamajo Doremi, which is on your favorites list. This is in the aspect that the story follows ChaCha as she learns to become a professional wizard. Akazukin ChaCha follows the story of the main 3: ChaCha, Shiine, and Riiya. Both of which are known to be ChaCha’s love interests. The show itself is episodic itself, but it this have this ultimate plotline, which you will come to enjoy. Follow ChaCha as she fights evils using the pendants and rings from her parents to transform into the ultimate mahou shoujo!
For the next rec, I have another mahou shoujo, which I noticed you haven’t watched yet. Even though Kaitou Saint Tail isn’t really your typical mahou shoujo, it was pretty enjoyable in the least. :) Saint Tail’s atmosphere is actually similar to that of what you would find in Detective Conan (Kid the Phantom Thief vs Inspecter in particular) if you know of it. I say it isn’t really your typical mahou shoujo, since the main character is a phantom thief, as the title says, rather than a magical girl who saves the world. She actually prevents people from stealing things, rather than steals them herself, although she is always misunderstood. If I had to compare it to something you already watched, I would probably pick Ultra Maniac because there is a romantic interest, and only her friend knows of her identity. Saint Tail follows Miemi as she catches thieves and returning items to their respective owners! It is definitely a must-watch, that came out in 1995.
❅Kaleido Star❅ Comedy / Drama / Fantasy / Performing Arts
For the next show, I have a completely different type of pick. When I say more different, Kaleido Star is a 2003 show about performing arts, which I deeply appreciate. Unlike the last two, it is not a mahou shoujo. But rather, focuses on the acting career of Sora, the main character, who strives to join the kaleido stage. The show itself focuses on the acrobats and artistic elements of the circus but is very much like something you would get from Full Moon o Sagashite. Join Sora as she puts in a lot of hard work and effort, and even travels to California to join the circus. Watch her achievements and goals come to light as she strives to become the Kaleido Star, while also having a lot of struggles along the way!
All in all, all of these recs were pretty good in my opinion, and I hope you enjoy them. Hope you didn’t mind my endless rambling, and that my explanations are good enough, haha. I actually watch and enjoy a lot of mahou shoujo and idol shows, so I hope these are good enough!

Hope you are enjoying your holidays. Cheers to you and hope you have a great one. We all need this time of the year to relax and feel like ourselves. :) Now before we get started, I have three recs for you! Hopefully they live up to your expectations!
❅Strike the Blood❅ Action / Fantasy / Supernatural / Ecchi / Harem / School / Vampire
One thing I noticed as I was looking at your signup post, was that you enjoy ecchi anime. Strike the Blood is a show that I really think you could come to enjoy. Probably not the most popular of the ecchi anime out there, but it is known for having a bit of plot with a bit of fanservice on the side. I think you will come the like the main girl of the show, Yukina, as she is someone with a quite likable personality, and she gets things done. There is a bit of romantic subtexts in this show, which is definitely a plus. I think you will like it because you liked High School DxD, which is another demon/vampire ecchi anime. Both deal with their main characters becoming something else other than human very early on, and being felt like they are out of place because they used to be human. Strike the Blood follows Kojou Akatsuki as he is left with the abilities of one of the four vampire primogenitors after a fateful encounter. Follow him as he struggles to make allies and use his abilities!
For the next rec, I have a quite emotional romance anime. Even though Kanon (2006) seems a but older than your liking, I think it definitely worth the watch. It looks very good for its age, and it looks like something that could've been made this year even. It is a KEY anime, made by the same people who were behind Angel Beats and Charlotte, which you have liked. KEY is a visual novel company, meaning that there are different "routes" for different girls, but in this show, it follows mainly one plotline, while also fleshing out all of the characters and making them all stand out. Honestly, I cried in the end of this anime because it was so good, and the outcome was nothing better than what I could have hoped for. I really wish you will enjoy this as much as I did!
This one is slightly outside of the Top 100 popularity, but I really think it is something that you will like. Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu is a great fantasy anime, with a hint of fanservice. It's only 24 episodes at this point for the first season, so I think it is what you were looking for, and also has action/magic scenes to keep you compelled. All of the female characters are very good, and I could seem them becoming favorites. Mushoku Tensei follows Rudeus as he is reincarnated into a fantasy world, and gets a second chance at life. I noticed that you actually tried Re:Zero, and be warned, they are very different. Follow the main character, as he retains his knowledge from his previous life, and makes shocking revelations as he grows up to be someone who he always wanted to be.
All in all, all of these recs were pretty good in my opinion, and I hope you enjoy them. Hope you didn’t mind my endless rambling, and that my explanations are good enough, haha. I actually watch and enjoy a lot of similar type stuff as what is in your favorites, so I hope these are good enough!
