Looks like the story is going to change. It stands to reason that the creator knows secrets about the villain, but it also looks like he believes only Lin can defeat him.

That was really weird yet amazing at the same time
Here I come, rougher than the rest of them
The best of them, tougher than leather
You can call me knuckles, unlike sonic I don't chuckle
I'd rather flex my muscles
I'm hard as nails, it ain't hard to tell
I break'em down whether they're solid or frail
Unlike the rest I'm independent
It's my first breath, first test
Feel the right then the worst's left

Now we're talking. A lot of this beginning stuff was just amusing content, I really like the dynamic Satoko & Nagai have, especially with how open Nagai is with everything. But at the end it definitely picks up.

First off all, the cover of the physical release. I'm use to these being drawn for the volumes specifically, so I was not expecting it to just be a really cool full-page spread in the manga proper. Of course the volume cover use of colour makes it different, but I loved being able to see this artwork in the original black & white, it's such a striking image. And the idea of these panels and pages all bursting out of his head is quite the visual.

Speaking of visuals, the highlight of the chapter was definitely this moment. The buildings and the world turning & twisting around you is a pretty normal and effective way to convey the mental experience of the character to the audience just through the visuals but what I want to point attention to is the connection to the bottom panel. The action lines in that bottom panel line up perfectly with the flow motion of the building lights in the above panel. It's such a cool detail that just makes the page more cohesive and flow better.

Kon's direction was always top notch, so I love seeing the manga equivalent of strong layouts being showcased here as well.
