| Well, Uran is the name of Astro Boy's sister, so I was right about the dogs name being a reference to Mighty Atom. Proud I caught that, especially since I know Astro as Astro and not Atom. Either way, another good chapter, the focus on Lin paid off well, his interplay with Gran was delightful, had a smile on my face the entire time. And Mei's response interested me too, not anger but gratitude to Nagai. This premise certainly can tap into the human perspective of God right, of destiny of what value are lives having if we're all just twos for one omnipotent being. I don't know how much this manga will be able to tackle with it's short tenure but I'm interested to see what extent this themes will be explored in. |
