There's very little wrong with this; it's extremely well made and represents the kind of fun atmosphere that all Sonic media should have. Hell I'd go as far as to say that stuff like this gets better once you get older. When you're a prepubescent you're gonna enjoy stuff like this because you're as pure as it gets. If you're in your teens you'll probably think it's lame and gay or whatever. Then when you're an adult you should have gotten over your "I'm not a kid anymore" phase and learn to appreciate things like tone and atmosphere and be more likely to enjoy things like this all over again, as just fun, well-made kids' cartoons. Totally agree. I thought it was stylistically very robust. It had a pretty run-of-the-mill kiddy plot but its execution was cool, especially with that 90s Sonic-style pre-Adventure. |
