Shino and immortality

Is Shino immortal in the sense he never ages but can die or that he can never die? Cuz I was wondering if he is so afraid of being alone in the future since he is immortal, if he never ages but he can die, there would be a possibility of him killing himself after all his friends are dead, no? I am so confused!! Please answer !!

Well in the anime it is shown as if he is immortal in the sense he doesn't age but can be killed, this is called eternal youth not immortality.
