MOB WAR RULES
1. Special thread will be made for MOB WAR, and the Battle Description will be defined related to gaining and loosing Charisma Points in that thread.
2 The battle will be in Tag Team mode based on the Mob.
3. Weakening a Mobster to HP=0 will increase your Charisma Points.
4. Weakening the higher Rank Mobster to HP=0 will increase your Charisma Points drastically.
5. When your HP=0, means you loose the battle and your Charisma Points will decrease depending on the SCHEME/mission description.
6. Each SCHEME or Mission will have different requirement for your Mob to win.
7. The MOB WAR system use the Combo system as can be seen below in the example.
MOB WAR ABILITY
1. The name of the SCHEME ability is the
same as the MOB WAR ability, but they will have different effects.
2. The SCHEME ABILITY can only damage a person mentally, while the MOB WAR ability can damage a person physically
3. Your MOB WAR ability must not be OP. Here are some Rule of Thumbs when creating Mob War Abilities:
1. Your ability should focus only on attack, cure, inflicting status or damage. Mostly the ability cannot be all of them.
2. If there is the case that the ability has to have the effect as the combination of some of them, then each of the effect (damage, inflicting status etc) should be balanced and not OP.
3. Improvement of your characters can be seen as they Rank Up in that they can use more Ability and Attack Combo in every 5 turns as explained in the example below.
MOBSTER ATTACK, CURE and ABILITY RULES
1. When you enter the game by start posting, your initial energy will depend on your rank, you can directly take actions if you want
2. Your energy can go up to your max HP...., or decrease to 0
3. In each turn, you will have to choose your action, then state everyone's current energy by copy paste the previous user's post with the values changed based on your actions
4. The number of actions you can use in each turns depends on your mobster Rank.

5. Each attack will reduce energy of any user by 1, and each cure will increase energy of any user by 1
6. In each turn, you can use all of your actions to 1 user, or distribute your actions to other 2 or more users
7. Of course you can heal other users or heal yourself using some of those actions
8. However, you can only use heal up 1/3 of your maximum actions times in each turn, and the rest of the actions you can use them to attack
9. A character can use their ability in any turn, But after using the ability, he would not be able to use abilities again until after 4 turn.
10. Each ability has a cool down period, you have to modify that value for each ability in every of your turn. See the example below.
11. A character can use their abilities simultaneously as a COMBO (maximum simultaneous abilities that can be stored is 1. So its better to use abilities as soon as you have the chance to do so)
12. There are limits of how many abilities you can use per 5 turns, depending on your Mobster Rank.

13. The battle will run in a taking turn manner. The agility of character is based on their Rank.

14. If more than 1 characters having the same rank, the order for the turn is based on the first letter of the name using Alphabetical order.
15. Players can define the settings and talk with each other during this battle. The conversation should be put at the below of the post.
16. A player will loose his turn if not taking action after 12 hours when during his turn.
