The Heroic Legend of Arslan
| Question in the title. Has the manga caught up with the anime by now? If yes, should I read the whole manga or just start where the anime left off? Also, could a novel reader maybe spoil me about whether the relationship between Étoile and Arslan flourishes into something more than friendship, possibly marriage? I'd really like to know that. Thank you very much! |

The manga sometimes has a bit (or very...) different events from the anime (in most cases, they are more faithful to the novel), though the big plot is the same, so it may sometimes be difficult to understand the story if you start reading it from a volume later than that.
