| Well, another person was gone over the deep end and the iron law is carried out. The Vigilance Committee sorta remind loosely of the Yamainu from Higurashi... The scenes for the next episode seem to add a potential conflict for scythe-girl and a currently unknown opponent... I don't think the series so far is a murder mystery like Ryukishi07's previous works, but it has the suspense, horror, and supernaturalness is definitely present... |

| Cool episode. Finally making progress, although it's about time considering we're nearly halfway through the series. I suppose this isn't going to be much of an intellectual murder mystery anime like I initially thought it would be. EDIT: Yikes, xelloss said it 22 seconds before me. |

Well it will be more or less anime original as many things from different pathes have already happened, but you can narrow the basic structure it will be following down to 3 possible endings... We'll see and basically any of them is good. |

| This episode finally has a better plot, and I learned some interesting information. It becomes more understandable and interesting that will make sense in the next episode or so. I knew about Nemuru's role, and I wonder why she cried when she killed Issei. |

| Okay so i dont understand anything . Why didnt he go to Suzu's house? Why did he just go home? Why did he just run away when a girl just appear in front of him and he knows that the girl might be killed too?WHY DID HE JUST GO HOME AND ACTED LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN? This is serious sht , you almost got killed and you did nothing but act like nothing was wrong. Maybe i missed a few points but i cant believe he did something like that.In any case i gotta watch on or maybe the previous episode cause i dont know how issei and isuzu (i tink) got this disease. |

| It was obvious Issei was going to die after the last episode but having other people involved in the murders makes the whole thing less scary. MC is annoying to watch, he made a lot of dumb mistakes in this episode. |

| Easily the best episode so far lol this has been very boring up until now but stuff is finally happening, and hopefully some answers will come up soon. Also something tells me that girl who passed them at the end isn't going to be too happy about Suzu telling Hiroshi that her brother was actually killed and didn't move away. It looks like my guess from last episode may be right though. It looks like people in this village (is it a village? It seems pretty big to be a village but idk), are cursed and/or sick. More specifically the people from old town are probably the ones who have it worse but maybe you can gain access to the outside at some point and maybe even live on the outside at some point, but if you go crazy like Issei you'll be killed before you can harm anyone... Although that doesn't explain why the girl from last episode had to die. Maybe they were killed because they loved someone outside of the village? The "wolves" or the red fireflies are most likely a specially trained group meant to take down anyone who goes crazy. That's my guess. I think the hassaku oranges that are grown in the village are used to fight back the symptoms and prevent people from going crazy, but IIRC someone said at some point that there was a really bad harvest, and I guess that's why there are so many incidents now. This has just... just about captured my interest again, but we'll see how things go from here... |
