Reaction to the newest manga chapter

So I was in mangafox and they had an update for the Saekano manga... it was Chapter 40-41. It seems there was a jump from Ch. 19 to Ch. 40-41

Let's just say that I was so freaking bothered to the point that I made this post because I wanna ask those who have read the light novel some questions.

And to those who have read the raw light novels, this post is for you:

To those who have read the raw light novels, I am not sure how far you are in the novel... but the scene in ch. 40-41 is about the problem Tomoki is having with his circle's second project. That's all I'll reveal so no spoiler will be found out.

If you have not gotten this far yet... then don't click the link I'm about to provide.

I am really bothered to the point that Saekano plummeted in my top 10 of best animes. I really wanna know if Tomoki will resolve this and the group will have a happy ending.
