| oMG DID THEY REALLY I was so confused when that 'touching moments' montage suddenly played like I was like did something important just happen???? I'm guessing that by giving Jinghua that sword he becomes part of the fam which is kind of like a marriage? And also that short ceremony that made him an official OFFICIAL Soul Image XD |

| God this show is so lacking!! These episodes drag and drag- the fights have no dramatic tension at all because they're so random, and they never have any satisfying conclusion. So you can't care about the outcome because they never have a beginning or an end, it's just random guys come and say arrogant things, then they go "on no!" and panic and struggle to do anything. Keika will transform and then swing his katana spirit sword at whoever, then the dude fucks off, but then like 5 minutes later he'll be back "Hey remember me?" and they fight again. And he always gets knocked down SO EASILY. So Ki has to save his ass EVERY TIME. Why is he so pathetic? Then he transforms and is still pathetic. But then ki is too weak to fight, they're always WEAK. Every episode every scene, they're at a disadvantage against dudes who aren't even that powerful. That argument with the chicks in Red Square went on way too long. It was just like, words, then more words, then brown haired chick has to somehow break out of the room she was locked in, then she comes out and says words... why do I care about any of these people? It feels so random. There's no proper story progression. Flashback scenes are random, fights are random, and the two MCs are so damn limp every time someone takes them on. Geezus. What's the point? Ki always trying to stop Keika from doing anything. Then why do you even have him bro? Then Kei transforms into another guy from the legend, then the credits roll. 2 Chairman Maos/5 this time. |
