So, about the ending...(spoilers)

So at the last scene of the anime we see an adult Sana. Ok, as long as the anime didn't cover all 8 volumes out so far, from the looks of the covers that might be an anime original scene (or the manga covers have a young Sana even though she grew up).
Can anyone confirm?

Also, since its impossible to find it online to check, does anyone know what volume/chapter the anime ended on? From the manga's covers at least it appears to be 5 or 6.
