| This is something I said back in the topic for the 16th episode: canis said: Btw, I have a theory on why Gio was born with the urge to protect Toa. At least about the part that Kazuki wanted Gio to protect Jin I was right. And also my hopes that Kazuki turns into the softy I liked came true (I also didn't like his bad guy acting, I was always hoping for the old Kazuki to return). But even though my hopes about that came true I can't be really happy about it. Kazuki is finally the character I liked back then, but at the expense of Widow. T_T I liked Widow... and it's pretty disturbing how Kazuki treated her. =_= The emo-battle between Jin and Kazuki was a mix of "finally Kazukis true feelings are revealed" and "those two emos fight about who is the most pitiable emo". @_@ In the preview we also saw Asim again. Characters don't die in this show, right? They just reappear in Tanatos after death, like Akira and Machina? x_x I didn't like their arrogant "we are not who we were and nothing matters anyway and we smoked some weed a hippie gave to us". |

| Not bad, pretty good episode, actually (imo). Hopefully the last 2 episodes will be as good as this one. The only thing I hated about this episode, was how Kazuki suddenly became a good guy =/ |

| This episode is probably one of the best in the series in my opinion. The only thing I found stupid was Kazuki and how he just figured out why Jin has been so attached to Toe this entire time (ie. You have no one? I lost my mom, my dad, Ai. Toe was the only one I had left). Kazuki is truly the definition of what an emo is. I found the whole part of him wanting to be friends with Jin hypocritical...but ehh that's just me. BTW. has anyone else noticed that all the other dragons actually look like dragons wile Widow looked like a spider lol? Even Amadeus looks has a dragon face and wings. |

There should be boxing fight with emos in real life. I would pay to see them fight. well this horrible show actually has a good episode. I always knew that that loli girl liked Jin. It would be nice to see them end up together in the future since Toa is going to die soon. Hopefully she does die. But i think that there's going to be a lame ending with Thanatos agreeing with them and extending Toa's life having Jin, Toa, and Gin resume a happy ending. Seeing an ending with Toa, Gio, Jin, Toa, Jin, Gio, Jin, Gio, Toa. I am tired of hearing that over and over. Heres to hoping for a dramatic ending. |
| I didn't like teh whole Kazuki/Jin make-up thing..that really was kinda lame. Jin giving up Toa almost made a tear fall from my eye, lol! I still like this show, and I'm curious as to how all of this is gonna play out! |

| Kazaki looks like a lunatic-psycho man! When the world is worrying about Thanatos, he's thinking about killing Jin and taking it out on Widow, is he mad!?! I still don't understand why Widow puts up with this freak, and especially given that he treats her like a dog and she doesn't even have a resonance with him! A dog is probably much better off anyway! I tell u if it was me, Kazaki wouldn't have a face left when I finish with him! Jin is too much a sissy for this kind of a****** |

Perhaps you could explain then - I do get why G0 left this prick he had as master but why Widow would take his place and take all of Kazaki's abuses is indeed incomprehensible to me! | I've explained it in every episode thread you've raised the issue in. Widow relates to Kazuki's pain and wishes to relieve it as she has lost someone/been left alone too. I'm not suggesting it's great for her to hang around and be abused by a douchebag like Kazuki, but she very clearly subjects herself to this abuse because she cares for him and wants the best outcome for him. In their drama CD this is elaborated further and the implication is that Widow loves Kazuki, but this isn't openly stated in the anime so YMMV on that. In the anime Widow is very clear about her need to fulfill his wishes, it's not one of the series' various plot holes. |
