| At least they're honest about this season being a "detour" which I have no problem with because the final arc is done airing and I can marathon it after this. Besides this first episode started out awesome already, I'm glad to be back. It's been a while. |

| Omg, I never knew I needed to see Kagura in a wedding dress but she looked adorable! In fact, the entire ED was cute :D This first episode is a big change from what the last season was about ... not sure what to expect but it's starting out great. Loving the serious expressions Gin and Umibozu gave to each other, too good! *Edit Nvm, just found out that this season takes place before season 5, which makes a lot more sense now. |

| Wow, after all those succeeding serious arcs, a good breather with pure comedy are perfect! I think this season is a treat before getting back to the main plot and I'm not even complaining! Just want to say I really love to see Gin being all fatherly to Kagura <3 And the visuals in ED is so cute ^^ |

| Kinda weird to have them do the comedy arcs now but i'll take it regardless. Earth and space dad collabing to take their biggest enemy down (kagura's boyfriend) It was hilarious especially the part where they look so big. |

| Yay the comedy is finally back and the very beginning was already hilarious with all the references (and surprisingly even Kemono Friends!) and lol that Kagura's boyfriend turns out to be a titan xD Umibouzu and Gintoki being 3 meters tall isn't enough LMAO also the word play Kareshi -> Kareki -> Karoushi XD |

| Even if it's just a comedy season, seeing Isaburo in the opening made me sad and then kind of got chills when I saw Shoyo with the shadow. Episode-wise, it wasn't that good when it comes to Gintama comedy episode so hopefully next one is funnier. |
