That's the thing, Kindaichi thinks that she is not that type of person and her letter means something different. Eventually she got into incident and everybody mistaken it for suicide.

I knew Fuyumi had possible boyfriend in her mind, in the old pictures she was plain with glasses, and 5 years later she was beautiful and no glasses, obviously up for guy.

Yeah this last episode was quite dramatic and shock to me, it made me like a fool as I didn't know anything, well mostly.

Shimazu didn't support Haruna, when she needed someone to be with her... Shimazu was just thinking about his injured shoulder, I would blame him instead of Ayaka and Fuyumi for that suicide event.

Opening capsule earlier, hmm we can just speculate but personally I think it would still be same or similar outcome, Shimazu would heard sooner or later from Fuyumi (if two would date, but I doubt)

Disagree. Ayaka and Fuyumi probably should've been more sympathetic towards her, as her friends. Perhaps not Fuyumi, since she liked Shimazu, but why didn't Ayaka do anything for her? Shimazu was going through a lot, after finally arriving at the Koshien but unable to play because of his injury, it's common. I just don't see how Shimazu deserves any of the blame because he didn't know anything about it, meanwhile Ayaka and Fuyumi instead of helping her, teased her about it, even though they knew it wasn't true. They never bothered to clear it up either, despite knowing her distress.

I don't think suicide was her way of rebelling, it's a completely different case. The reason for her suicide is probably because she will never be able to be with her loved one, and in addition she wrote a letter to spite her father, the "rebel" part is unrelated to her suicide, if you know what I mean.

This case was pretty sad as a whole especially with the reason the murders had to occur. I'm especially curious if Kindaichi had a crush on Ayaka, seemed like it

I found this whole arc not quite convincing. People kill and get killed way too easily.
Haruna -> If she grew up in the area, she could have known that "Imai" is a common family name.
Fuyumi -> Shimazu must have killed her with his non dominant left arm, since her neck is above shoulder height. And then kill her with a dull little arrow with one stroke... He must have been really lucky.
Ayako -> Killing a struggling victim in the dark with a little arrow also does not seem quite likely to me. Besides, it is beyond me why she should go there alone in the dark when there already was a murder.

A positive aspect about this and other recent episodes: Unlike in the beginning of the series, the suspects do not kill themselves anymore.
