Why doesn't Soma use the chef uniform as everybody when cooking?

It probably has no good explanation as to why he just wears his yukihira uniform but I still had to ask just in case

Seriously, why not. Not all chefs wear those ugly uniforms.

Yeah he has to be unique. He really wouldn't have the same effect if he wore the standard chef outfit. Has to be the blue, fitted yukihira shirt and headband.

Well at least he is wearing a waist apron right? Which is very important for being clean. Love his hair and bandana though ;)
