I liked it, though I'm a bit disappoited since I really wanted Mizuki to win that last match. I know it would actually be a bad thing and all, but I still did XD Also Mizuki getting possessed was somehow even scarier than the decomposing snake. I mean, clawing a tree... that's got to hurt!
It's nice to get 3 consecutive releases, though it's a shame I won't have time to watch the next ep until later today... -.-

It was okay. I once practiced Judo too, but other than that there was nothing outstanding about this episode.

Re-watched: I think that coach is responsible for cultivating a pretty awful environment in the dojo. Are we really supposed to believe that with all of that ruckus and that girl saying 'it hurts' for like 30 seconds that he couldn't stop the practice before anyone got hurt? I didn't like the moral at the end either, especially since the episode was playing up Aida's evilness throughout. I don't know, maybe I just don't 'get' sports culture.

I'm probably the only one here who actually liked this episode a lot. I think it was a pretty good character deveploment for Mizuki. It's clear she didn't want to get the green belt for "free."

An honest lose is always greater than a fake accomplishment. The former ensues hope for maturation and the latter decrepits many. For Mizuki to learn and acknowledge her own lackings and freeing herself from those negative emotions at the end, gave a rewarding growth to her character.

Lying on the ground,
as she feels a strange relief,
A summer afternoon.
How many times has winter given away to spring?
