| Operation White Lily is a plan, crafted by Catharsis leader Azrael Ptolemy, that calls for the restoration of human society, the preservation of culture, and the reconstruction of the world itself post-'event'. The First Stage of this plan, which has already been mostly accomplished, is for the relocation of all citizens to the 7 'world centers'. These are as follows: Wellington, New Zealand Moscow, Russia Paris, France Cape Town, South Africa Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Seattle, Washington Anchorage, Alaska Families and/or individuals are allowed to select 3 top choices as to where they want to be moved to. After a waiting period, they will be relocated to their first choice. If that is not available, or if the second or third choice needs more people, then they will be selected instead. The Second Stage, which is currently 76% finished, is to rebuild the cities that the 'world centers' are located in, along with all surrounding areas. Also, jobs will be created to gather and/or craft materials for the survival of the world. For example, in New Zealand specifically, there were jobs that required medicine to be created and shipped over to the other centers, especially the ones up north. So, gardeners were usually brought there to plant and retrieve the necessary ingredients for said medicine. Once the second stage is complete, then, in the words of Azrael, the third stage will be revealed and executed. (More Information will be presented as needed.) |
