I remember Sonju said he wanted to eat a human after the group left him, yeah even if they have that blood of Musica and maintain human forms, they cannot resist what they have been eating for years, even if the humans escape to the human world, they would still follow them for that desire and the fact that they have the human forms and the their intelligence would make them more dangerous. Emma is so annoying with her thoughts, those facial expressions when she says no to wiping out the demons are so irritating. the world is not that kind, so it should always be realistic not what she dreams for...

Sorry but I'm siding with Emma on this one. Genocide is never excusable and, knowing of the properties of Musica's blood, a plan that does not involve killing every single demon IS possible.
