Where's this scene in DTB?

I was discussing DTB with a friend and told him there's a rather interesting scene where one of the characters, I think Hei, was talking with the various people in his apartment complex and they were sharing why they (all of them foreigners) were there in Japan. Do any of you remember which episode this scene is from?

Thank you very much.

(It occurred to me that I could just find the scripts of each episode online. After a little searching, I found it about 10.5 minutes into the 17th episode.)
