How involved was Yuasa?

I see his name as a director, but Pyeonggang Heo is also listed (who's work I'm not familiar with).

This has the visual look of a Yuasa work, but not the feel. Was he hands-on? Or is his name just here to sell a product by a less experienced director?

From watching the series I can't see much of yuasa's influence. I'm guessing he was there for quality control or to just get people to watch it.
