| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Astro's Energy Runs Out. Another really strong chapter. Really upsetting that Chiruchiru was still destroyed after his innocence's been discovered, but pretty poignant too. Astro using his artificial larynx was clever, and I like how the story about their bank robbing escapades and how the murder room was brought into the climax. Surume's love for Astro didn't feel earned in the slightest, and that's the only real sour spot on the chapter. The ending with Astro choosing to die in the same place Scara choose to live was pretty powerful, equal parts sad and sweet. |
