| Well for a lot of reasons~ Gaara has a background story that is pretty tragic yet sweet. Not to mention his personality is unique and intriguing. I mean - people see his as pyschotic in the beginning but if you look deeper you will see that he really is caring, just a little muddled with his intentions at times due to his corrupted past. Moreover, I like the fact how his face is always impassive - but he could be the fiercest fighter underneath xD Gaara's just awesome ^_^; |
| First of all i really liked him when i heard his life story because is similar to mine and that made me felt immediately close to him. I completly understood his feelings. Also his whole style is so amazingly cool. He has that quiet strong guy kind of thing. Like jazmin_s said i enjoy the way his face is always impassive even while fighting. That can really scare the shit of some people. Even his power is amazing. Basically he controls everything in the ground since he can make all the earth around him in to sand. In reality he could be the stronger guy around if Kishimoto wasn't in his way. |

| I think it was lust at first sight...then after finding out about his past and basically how much screwed and twisted the people around him have been towards him the lust became love...All he has ever wanted was to be normal and have a special person to call his own but of course the only thing people can see is that he has 1 tail inside of him. They can't see how much of a caring person he really is and because of their neglect as well as their hatred he ended up becoming the monster they feared so much. *sighs* I'm just glad that he finally had someone understand him as much as I do, I guess Naruto does have his good points ^_^ |

| As of now, Gaara is probably the most psychologically well-adjusted character that the story focuses on. My preteen self fell in love with him the moment he appeared on the screen for the first time, but right now I also kinda respect him for all the development he's gone through. Sure, it was thanks to Naruto, but that was just the point of inspiration - everything else he has now is because he's a strong person. Character. Whatever. |
