Are the episodes being delayed on Funimation?

I heard that episode 2 came out a while ago and I keep refreshing Funimation and it still doesn’t pop up. Is this normal, I’m new to Funimation, and I have a premium account so I thought I’d be able to watch the new episodes.

Episode 2 is supposed to come out next week,the 2 episode that you are talking about get leaked in Bili Bili (chinese streaming service), so officially and legally, 2 episode comes out next week
