 RULES We need more people to help us. Probably we only take 2 people for now, soon we may open for more recruitment. Some important notes: 1. I hold the full authority, but I don't abuse it. As long as other staffs willing to cooperate with us, I am certain that any discussion will be efficient and effective. 2. We never want extensive staff discussion, so try to be as diplomatic as possible and respect each other. 3. Help with smiles, in any occasion. Attitude and willingness to help is the priority, experiences and skills are less prioritized but of course would be plus points. 4. I will be lenient towards your daily RL schedule and all, but if I see that you are not doing your job well after some time or highly irresponsible, staff demotion will take place. WORKS NEED TO BE DONE AS STAFF Some works that admins staffs need to do in routine daily basis: 1. Make the members comfortable by providing verbal hospitality and convenience, and keep the day to day conversation active and attractive. After all, no members no games. So this is the most important. 2. Answers any members' inquiries regarding the RP using both your club guidebook and logical thought. 3. Moderate the threads by playing as NPC. While playing as NPC, always coordinate with me as well to make sure the story line does not deviate much leading to a dead end. 4. Ensure there are no god modding or other forms of bad roleplay. Always consult with the guide book and other fellow admins if any dilemma occurs. 5. Keep in track regarding players' stats, points, level, skills and so on in the character tracker thread.
