Manga - Anime adaptation

Hihi folks,

Fresh blood here, I wasn’t going to ask if I should read the manga since I can already assume the answer, but was wondering how faithful this was to source and if there’s any cut content, both major or minor in this and S1 and S2.

It adapts the manga story wise pretty much 1:1 however there is censorship in the anime. I don’t mind the censorship that much however many fans don’t like it at all

It is not 1:1 at all. They omit some scenes, alter another ones.
