For people that don't know the song that Pyrrrha was singing was "Mirror Mirror" by Jeff Williams and Casey Williams, that song is Weiss's trailer song/ theme song from the original RWBY (all of team RWBY have their own songs). One of my biggest concerns with Ice Queendom was the music and if it was going to have the same impact, seeing that they decided to do an original song in this and the music being really good already has really made this very enjoyable and I can't wait to see how they handle more of the fight scenes.

I’m going to be completely honest after Volume 1-3 of the Original RWBY the story drops off( because of Monty Oum passing away and the story started getting written by someone else), there’s good stuff here and there but it drops off until Volume 8 which starts to get better, the animation wise however gets 1000x better after volume 1-3.

Idk if the animation actually gets better though. It “looks” better for sure but they also begin to take lazy shortcuts, like when Oum was animating you could follow the weapon’s paths. Later volumes begin to use stock blurred animations so you can’t actually see how the weapon’s are moving.

Compared to how it started, it’s a massive upgrade

I love the original ‘mirror mirror’ and this version is also brilliant. It is nice knowing there are at least 2 good songs that I would definitely get when it comes out in the future.
