Cocytus vs Brain in the opening

Hello all, anime-only fan here! During the opening of this season, we briefly see Brain attack Cocytus. Without spoiling the altercation itself, will it happen this season, in the movie or a later season? (similar to the lizardmen arc seen in the season 1 opening). With what's currently happening in the anime, I don't see how Brain and Cocytus could end up fighting.

Brain might probably say the same thing to Cocytus as what Gazef said to Ainz, hence giving him the chance for a duel (although I have no idea what would actually happen)

Calculation vise yes its should happen around ep 11-12 and yes it happened in novel.No more spoilers

If going by past OPs tells us anything, most likely they will face off against each other this season without a doubt.

It will happen before the season ends. The movie happens before S4 episode 8 which is why it get‘s hinted at what happened during the movie in episode 8.
