Rebel against him.

Protest their disappointment but to no avail

Conspire against him, find out his weakness and then kill him.

Leave him and form their own kingdoms.

Have their powers remove by Ainz, given that he'll get win of their plot to kill him.

Do nothing and suck it up.

Ok, so Ainz isn't rally a bad guy, in fact he wants to create a world where humans can live peacefully along side his subjects.....as we all know , nearly all of Ainz's associate wanted the humans to be wipe out or be subject to slavery, so what will happen if Ainz wasn't as evil as they were?

Ainz associates are not dumb for being all "MuSt ExtErminAte HuManITy"..... If humanity doesn't exist in that world then wouldn't it be boring af.... tf they gonna do anyway? What are they going to rule if they dont have any subjects.

Whether or not Ainz is Bad or Good is totally irrelevant. it's just not practical to end humanity. I am pretty sure those Ainz worshipers won't bat an eye if Ainz did say something along these lines.

The problem is, him being in this world as an undead has already twisted his personality. I'd say his values have changed from what a human's values would be. Especially since we're never shown his human form or backstory. So him not wanting to wipe out humanity is, not necessarily set in stone. If humanity endangers the floor guardians, or ends up harming or killing any of them. He'll no longer care for humanity's usefulness and will wipe them out.

The option not there. Remember in Season IV he talks about making adventurer's stronger. LAter he talks about having a New Guild... Well consider, the Weapons from the Dwarves the adventurer training, all of it could be to have a piece to use against the floor guardians should they turn on him.

I would not be surprised if that's his move all along.

They will accept Ainz's methods anyways, as long as he's the leader, the guild and Nazarick will be standing.

If anything, they will be keener on prodding Ainz about what he's been doing to the NPC since they're alive. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
