Its OK for a 3DCG but a 2D animation would have done wonders for the experience.

3DCG looks really good and its better than using 2D animation for Basketball since you can use more angles and make movement much more realistic and consistent with players in frame and in background.
People really do not understand how hard it is to animate Basketball and also with Inoue's Artstyle which is probably with Sakamoto Shinichi most beautiful artstyle you can find in manga medium.
