Is the anime the same as the manga?

I saw the anime and badly wanted to read the manga, it took me exactly 3 days, I read it from the beginning because it was impossible to follow where the anime left off, with the manga I was able to capture the emotions and feelings of the characters the way the author wanted. Thus, Hana Dan became one of the best manga I've ever read, the manga experience was very good, because it was the ORIGINAL ahahah :)

That is, even a part is faithful, but appearing more or less from episode 20, the story was completely invented, keeping only a few events from the main story.

That is the feeling I had in the middle of the story, I was fed up with the heroine and it was like a vicious circle and the ending didn't match with the previous events. Since I had watched the drama, I hope the manga was closer to it. So thank you very much, your answer really helped, now I know the manga is quite different and I wanna read and enjoy it! 😻
