So MAL lists this show at 14 episodes, yet there seems to be only 11. Are the next 3 missing or is MAL incorrect?

the remaining 3 aren't released yet

My mistake then. Because they were being released two at a time, I thought they were all out by now.

yes from the beginning, till around 7-8th ep 2 were releasing at same time but they suddenly started 1 ep per week. And I am not much of a donghua watcher so I don't know if 2 ep per week or 1 ep per week, what's the usual schedule for release

I´m fine with it, I´m watching other stuff so I don´t mind waiting for everything to be out and then watch the whole thing.

There's actually 15 episodes according to Tencent's website, but I'm not sure how to request a change in the number of episodes on this show's page.

When will the last episode (15) be released?
Hope that MAL fixes the number of episodes. It's misleading people making them thinking that the anime already ended.
